The workshop discusses the origin and evolution of this healing art, traces several sen or energy lines in the Thai healing system, and allows for hands-on work using acupressure techniques and assisted yoga postures. Special attention is paid to traditional Thai techniques that are adaptable to other disciplines. The intent is to familiarize you at an introductory level with basic concepts that can be integrated into your own professional, personal and spiritual practice.
