This specialized workshop deals with advanced techniques and concepts. Participants should have at least one year of practice and a minimum of 90 hours of formal study. We focus on the following themes: How to assess your clients before and during treatments; Cultivating graceful flow in your practice; How to sense and release energy blockages; Self-protection techniques for the Thai therapist; Alternative ways to work leg lines; Breathwork & body mechanics; How to read body language and use it as a guide for your work; How to follow and sharpen your intuition; How to integrate graceful transitions and distraction techniques; Incorporating resting poses into your sequence; and much more.

Each day there is discussion, demonstration, guided exercises, and practice. Each person gives and receives sessions, and the teacher works with you to organically integrate the new concepts and techniques into your own Thai massage styles and sequences.

This is a powerful and challenging course that draws on your individual strengths. It will help you work on the mat in a more spiritual way, and with more awareness, sensitivity and focus.
