This exciting workshop is specially designed for practitioners and teachers of yoga, massage therapy, body movement, and physical therapy.
The 15 hour course discusses the origin and evolution of this healing art, traces several energy lines in the Thai healing system, and allows for a lot of hands-on work using acupressure techniques, proper breathing & body mechanics, and assisted yoga postures. Special attention is paid to traditional Thai techniques that can be adapted to other disciplines. The intent is to familiarize you at an introductory level with basic concepts that can be integrated into your own professional, personal and spiritual practices.
