Mini-taller de 2 horas sobre el uso de las hierbas medicinales en las artes curativas de Tailandia. Habrá una presentación audio-visual sobre las propriedades medicinales de varias hierbas importantes, y un repaso de su uso en el masaje tai y en la cocina tai. Despues, mezclaremos hierbas y raices secas y frescas para la preparación de compresas, infusiones y cataplasmas, y hablaremos del sistema del equilibrio de los elementos que proviene de la medicina tradicional de Tailandia. La presentación es gratuita para los participantes del curso principal de 3 dias. A los que no asisten al taller, se les pide un donativo de €20.

2-hour presentation and workshop on the properties, preparation and uses of Thai medicinal herbs.  There will be an audio-visual presentation about the properties of the herbs, and a review of their use in Thai massage and Thai cooking. We will mix fresh and dry herbs and roots to prepare compresses, poultices and infusions, and we will speak about the system of balancing elements that is at the core of the Thai medicine system. The presentation is free for those who attend the 3-day course, and is available to the general public for a donation of 20 euros.
